Why do I care about yours Success?
When I opened my first business in 2014 (a fashion store in Galway), I deeply believed that I had everything I needed to make this venture a success!
After all, I worked for over 20 years in retail industry, in sales, marketing, management and purchasing departments. I turned a million euros for my employers, I had the best sales growth results in my department, so the vision of having my own business turned out to be Totally feasible!
However, the first year of running a business verified my knowledge and experience, because knowing how to run a company and owning a company are two different things!
Very quickly my strengths and weaknesses were exposed, which had an impact on the operation of the business. I also knew that the only way to change was to turn my weaknesses into strengths, and through development, stepping out of my comfort zone and doing actions that at times were totally “throwing me into space”.
However, I still wanted to do everything MYSELF, because it’s better that way, without additional costs, without entering my business with third parties, without confessing my actions to others.
However, it made me realize that running a business is a lonely process and no one will understand it until they become an entrepreneur.
That is why, today I support women in business, so that they do not get lost and, above all, do not waste time and money looking for short-term solutions. So that they don’t give up on their dreams and on the contrary, they have the courage to reach for the stars!
Together, we build the foundations of these businesses by defining our mission, vision and specific income-generating activities. I help them overcome their limiting beliefs and blockages to confidently undertake those tasks that are supposed to bring them closer to a specific goal.
